Level Three

..
Level 3 - In the Heart of Gun City (XL, XXL)
Clint the Moorland Chicken lurks around every corner, emerging behind houses or on house roofs to shoot you.  Try to get hit as little as possible, because after three hits the game is over!

Be careful about reloading
Use the left mouse button to shoot and the right mouse button to reload.  Each time you reload your gun, you lose 5 points.  To avoid losing points, be as accurate as possible when shooting, and only reload when your clip is empty.

Some Chickens Shoot Back
These Bandits and Desperados appear spontaneously behind stones, houses, walls, on roofs or behind crates and want only one thing: you dead!  Shoot these chickens to earn 10 points.  If they get you first, you will lose 10 points and a life.

Three Lives
You have three lives on each level, which are symbolized by three red hearts displayed in the upper right corner beside the score.  Each time you are shot, a bullet hole appears in the screen and you lose a life.  When all three lives are lost, the game is over.

Clint's Brother
Appearing at different distances, usually near the weapon shop (marked "GUNS"), a moorland chicken appears. Every time you shoot him, he begins to dance.  After seven shots he will finally fall and you will earn 75 points.   Caution: this kind of chicken shoots back!

Knock, knock...
This chicken with its sketches will appear occasionally and tap on the screen.  It is harmless, so don't shoot it or you will lose 25 points.  However, if you shoot the sketches with the heading "WANTED" you will gain 15 points each time.  But if you shoot the sketches with the heading "MISSING" you will lose 25 points each time.

The Desperado
He stands calmly on the dusty road and observes you. But in an instant, he pulls a gun, from under his poncho and shoots at you.  Shoot it fast and collect 15 points.

The Cactus With the Hat
This desert plant is a true point supplier.  Shooting its arms is worth 5 points each.  Shooting the hat on the Cactus will earn 15 points for each of the first two shots, and 30 points each for hits three through five.

Windows and Doors
Gun City has lots of houses with many windows and doors.  For each hit you receive 5 points, but be cautious! Behind each broken window and behind each open door lurk chickens with guns.

Hank the Mole
Hank the Mole will pop up out of his hole at various intervals during the game.  If you shoot him, you will lose 10 points.  However, Hank will be seen holding a variety of objects and shooting them will earn points.  These objects include:

Item Points
Bottle 15 points
Bone 15 points
Axe 15 points
Cash Notes 20 points
Keys 25 points
Lead Lumps 35 points

Important Note: In the last 15 seconds of play, Hank will reveal a Golden Key. You must shoot this in order to advance to the next level.

The Gallows
This is the key to getting to the final level.  Shoot the noose and the bar once each, and earn
5 points for each.

To advance to the next level...
You must have at least 700 points, shoot the Gallow and shoot the Golden Key from the Mole's hand.
